1. Scope
This Privacy Policy describes how Stanislav AI OS Cloud Collector accesses, uses, stores and deletes Google user data. The application is a private, owner-operated automation tool and is not offered as a public consumer service.
2. Google data accessed
Depending on the workflow authorized by the Google account owner, the application may access:
- files and file metadata in authorized Google Drive locations;
- Google Analytics reporting data;
- Google Search Console search-performance data;
- Google Merchant Center reporting data;
- approved Google BigQuery datasets;
- YouTube channel metadata and YouTube Analytics reporting data.
The application requests only scopes needed by an active governed workflow. A Google Drive synchronization workflow may create or update files only inside its registered owner-controlled transport locations. Analytics, Search Console, Merchant reporting, BigQuery and YouTube collection routes are operated as read-only collectors unless a separate, explicit authorization states otherwise.
3. How Google data is used
Google user data is used only to synchronize authorized operational files; produce internal analytics, reports and dashboards; monitor data freshness and source availability; maintain audit evidence and reproducible internal records; and support owner-requested project and business analysis.
Google user data is not sold. It is not used for targeted advertising or to make decisions about credit, employment, housing, insurance or similar eligibility.
4. Storage and security
OAuth tokens and refresh credentials are stored in protected credential storage on an owner-controlled Windows computer. Secrets are not intentionally written to the public website or to public repositories.
Collected data and derived reports may be stored in the owner’s private local knowledge base and in owner-controlled private cloud storage, including Google Drive and Dropbox, when a governed workflow requires synchronization or backup. Access is limited to the account owner and explicitly authorized operators or systems.
5. Sharing and transfer
Google user data is not shared with advertisers or data brokers. It may be processed by infrastructure providers used by the owner to operate the application, such as Google and private cloud-storage providers, solely to provide storage, synchronization, security, backup or analysis functions requested by the owner.
The application’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Retention and deletion
Source records and derived reports are retained only for the owner’s operational, analytical, audit or legal needs. The owner may delete retained records and revoke Google OAuth access at any time through the relevant Google Account security settings. A deletion or access request may also be sent to travmatikcom@gmail.com.
When access is revoked or a workflow is retired, the related credentials are disabled or removed from active use. Retained records are deleted or archived according to the owner’s applicable operational and legal retention requirements.
7. User choices
An authorized Google account can decline consent, revoke access through Google Account settings, or request deletion of data held by the application. Revoking access stops future API collection but does not automatically delete records already retained for legitimate operational, audit or legal purposes.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated when the application’s scopes, workflows, storage model or legal requirements change. The latest version will remain available at this URL.
